Our mission is to help riders develop confidence, clarity, and a deeper understanding of their horses. Through practical horsemanship and the Parelli program, we focus on building trust, improving communication, and giving students the tools they need to create a safe, enjoyable, and lasting partnership with their horse.

Our History

Judi Burns’ journey with horses began at a young age, growing up with a deep love for them. Like many riders, her early experience was focused mainly on riding, until discovering the Parelli program opened the door to a whole new level of understanding. This shift transformed her approach to horsemanship, emphasizing communication, trust, and partnership. Today, Judi shares that knowledge with her students, helping them experience the same breakthroughs in confidence and connection.

Judi Burns operates in Kern County, California, offering lessons in a practical and accessible environment for local riders. While not based at a dedicated ranch facility, her focus is on providing quality, hands-on instruction that meets riders where they are. Each session is designed to create a comfortable learning experience for both horse and rider, with an emphasis on safety, progress, and real-world application.
